Screen Shot 2014-09-18 at 8.22.55 AMDiane Boulay is currently responsible for the day-to-day activities of UNESCO’s project on “Developing Literacy through Mobile Phones – Empowering Women and Girls”, within the ICT in Education team. Prior to UNESCO, Diane worked as project manager on higher education policy at the Bertelsmann Foundation’s Centre for Higher Education in Germany, on risk governance and science policy at the International Risk Governance Council in Switzerland, and as a world language teacher in the United States. Diane is a graduate from Stanford University in International Educational Administration and Policy Analysis.
